Day 1: Cusco- City Tour

You will be picked up from the airport of Cusco towards your hotel, you will lodge at the hotel and you will receive a coca infusion of welcome.

You will have a short time to rest and acclimatize you; we will start the tour approximately at 13:30 or 14:00pm to visit the principal attractive (Main Square, The Cathedral, Qoricancha), after that we will go to the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara y Tambomachay and then we will return to Cusco city.



Day 2: Cusco – Sacred Valley

At 8:00a.m. Our bus will pick you up from the different hotels.

The tour will last all day; we will start visiting Pisaq that is approximately 32 kilometers from the city of Cusco, its well known crafts market and its church after that we will continue following the Vilcanota River towards the west, the narrow route between the river and the hills passes through the towns of Calca, Yucay and Urubamba where we will have a rest to lunch.

After lunch we will go to Ollantaytambo where we will visit the town, the typical street and the amazing archaeological complexthat was one of the last areas in which construction was performed by the Incas before the arrival of the Spaniards, to finish the tour we will go to Chinchero so rich in culture and architecture as Pisaq and Ollantaytambo.

We will return to Cusco city and you will transfer to the hotel.


Day 3: Cusco – Machu Picchu

Transfer from your hotel to train station (check options) with destination to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. We will arrive to Aguas Calientes town and we will get into the bus to the Citadel of Machu Picchu we will start the tour visiting the temples, sanctuary, towers, The Inti Huatana or sun clock, balcony and tour of the stairways and corridors of great architectural beauty, lunch in the town to Aguas Calientes. We will come back to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel in Cusco.


Day 4: Tipón – Pikillacta – Andahuaylillas

Excursion of midday, taking the following places as a tour:


TIPÓN: It was a center for the worship of water. The irrigation system was unusual in that it featured deep, vertical channels in the terrace walls. The system was fed by a natural spring from the sacred mountain known as Pachatusan which flows to this day.


PIKILLACTA: This is a huge sprawling site, interesting because it is the only ruin of a pre-Inca city in the Cusco region. It is attributed to the Wari culture, which emerged in the central highlands near present-day Ayacucho, flourished around 1000 AD, and may ultimately have been overwhelmed by the Incas.


ANDAHUAYLLILLAS: Whose famous colonial church is known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas” because of its beautiful painted ceiling and other art treasures, the chapel was built in the colonial epoch, and it is found close the Main Square.

We will come back to Cusco city. Transfer to the hotel.


Day 5: Cusco – Lima

Transfer from the hotel to airport to return to Lima city.
